I recently bought a Nokia N97 from a friend after losing my Blackberry on holiday (and with 10 months left on my contract). I have installed all the settings sent to me by T-Mobile (the phone was originally on a Vodafone contract) and I am now trying to the Nokia Messaging E-mail from his Hotmail address to my Yahoo one.
In the Settings Wizard > E-mail Set-Up it allows me to enter my e-mail address but then as it loads 'Getting My E-Mail Settings' I get an error message: 'Unable to connect to server. Try again later'.
I have read on forums that this is common when trying to change the e-mail server you use but the solutions they give are a little technical for me.
If anyone can help me, in fairly dumbed down terms, how to change from my friends previous Hotmail address to my Yahoo, I would be very grateful.
