Nokia N97 Mini Touchscreen & Keyboard Problems?

When I click screen it won't respond, neither will the keyboard.

I tried slapping it, hitting it but gently, I managed to get the keyboard and menu button working by pressing the menu button before the software comes up but touchscreen still doesn't work.

Can anyone help? TY!
