When I woke up it wouldn't switch on so I assumed this was low battery and put it on charge, the light came on indicating it was charging but the screen did not light up. I decided to leave it to charge all day and it still will not switch on. I tried to hard reset it, but that didn't work either - does it have to be switched on in order to work?
