Nostradamus 2012 what will happen?

Nostradamus has made many accurate predictions and now along with mancy other religions and races says that the world will end in 2012 now that im not sure is true but i do know that our sun will be in the center of the galaxy and in front of the dark rift (i forget what thats actually called) and that it is possible our magnetic field shuts down or flips around any one have things to add or suggestions to this im just interested in it and wanna expand on what i know.
