I have downloaded a torrent for a program and it's totally saved on my computer as a RAR format, however, when i find it on my computer and try to open the files, it gives me a message saying that "it as unable to launch the specific file"
I heard that you need to burn it in a CD first in order to run it but first you have to make it a ISO format and Im soo confused now
CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME ALL THE STEPS THAT I NEED TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO RUN THE PROGRAM PLEASEEEEEE????
and if you guys can give me the FREE versions of the programs that i need to do all that stuff it will be higly appreciatted.
