It went a few seconds recovering and then shut off. When I got home she said she did that and that this new thing popped up. NTLDR is missing press ctrl, alt , del to reboot. It says when you put the cd in it gives you a screen that says press any key to boot from cd. It doesnt say that and I can't go through te recovery console ass it shuts off like 1% through. I cant get into the dos. Help? I know it's with the system files on the computer but I can't get into the dos to do anything. Should I just get her a new hdd?</p></blockquote><p></p>
