So my teacher gives us study guides and I cannot figure out how to answer some of these and what the right answers are.

1.When we refer to how "saturated" a fat is, we are referring to its level of saturation with ________________. (I was thinking either hydrocarbons, hydrogens, or fatty acid chains.)

2. What is the relationship between dietary fat and cancer?

3.What is the traditional Mediterranean Diet and why is it beneficial?

4. Four dietary factors that promote heart disease?
Four dietary factors that protect against heart disease?
