So I'm 18 years old, and my breasts started developing when I was 13, however, that is also when they stopped. Also, I've always had a very irregular period, such as getting it in October, then not again until January, then getting it 2 two weeks afterward. I know this irregularity can be caused by unbalanced hormones. Due to my 34A cup breast size, I'm led to believe that I have a nutrition deficiency because as I was growing up, I NEVER ATE MEAT. Once in a while, I would eat fish sticks, or a hotdog, but I never got the protein I should have. Is this something I could see the doctor about, like protein supplements or something to balance my hormones? Thanks!
**Also, I've been the same weight for about 5 years now, and I find it hard to gain weight. I'm about 110 pounds, and I'm assuming I have a fast metabolism.
