I have not exercised in a long time. I dont eat junk food, I drink plenty of water... now mastering sleeping better.... I want to get back on track... any suggestion...............and please dont say a GYM... I am asking what kind of exercise I should do, not to be told that I have to go to a GYM...


Maybe suggest an activity... or a full week's or month's food suggestion and plan and schedule....
I would like more energy and to loose fat... not gain weight or muscles.... I'm pretty tall 6 foot 5... I dont need to get any bigger...

Just do some running or a sport its not that complicated. But lifting weights would definitely help to loose fat as it raises your metabolism a lot. Just do a combo of liting weights and a fat burning exercise.
