nutrition plan for gaining weight(specificallyboobweight)?

I'm 16.
I have a healthy diet and exercise routine
I'm 5'6,116 pounds.
my body fat percentage is 19%.
I love my body. Although I want to get some more womanly curves and bigger boobs. What should my nutrition / exercise plan be to achieve this without losing my flat stomach?
 
Unfortunately boobs are genetic to some extent. I'm 5'6 have a flat stomach and 34E's although I'm pretty sure there are some pills you can take to help them grow?! The birth control pull is meant to help :)
