Situation: outside Tesco Lotus, Rama 3 a woman lays sleeping w/an infant. She has no shoes. It is 10:30 and Tesco is closing shortly. Many many people walked right past her but not one stopped to help. It took us (two farang) to help her get a tuk tuk home. (she is broke)
