The Ohio Elections Commission on Thursday ruled in favor of Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-Ohio) in his complaint against the antiabortion-rights group Susan B. Anthony List, which planned to erect billboards in his district claiming that he supported federal funding for abortion services by voting for the federal health reform law (PL 111-148), the Cincinnati Enquirer's "Politics Extra" reports.
