...4-6 for the Blue Ray and DVD's? At the end of Return of the jedi, Sabastian Shaw who had played Anakin in the unhelmeted scene and then the ghost scene was 60 something years old. Lucas put Christianson in his place for the DVD's to show the correct age before he went to the dark side.

The "NOOOO" scene is to accomodate to the fact that according to the book of ROTJ, When Vader sees Luke dying by the lightning attack, he sees memories of his past, and realizes that he cant allow his son to suffer because of him and the emporer's lies.

Han Solo and Gueedo... i dont know why people hated this scene. The two shots made it more interesting.

I saw someone mention Jabba in Ep 4. That was not new, it was based on a deleted scene, in which Jabba was originally a large man dressed in animal skins. Lucas deleted the scene when he decided he'd rather redo jabba.

So for all you cry babies, whats so wrong with any of it

Apparently nothing is wrong with it, you just answered it yourself

Some people are resistant to change

Because those altered scene change the entire mood of the series, especially the "NOOOO" PART. I've already seen it and it sounds so idiotic. What's also annoying is that George Lucas doesn't give the fans the chance to purchase the original theatrical releases in Blu-ray.

You're the only peron I've met that isn't annoyed by the changes.
