ok so i have smoked since..?

last year summer.. probably for late june/july and then stopped and restarted in september last year to now. would it have efected my kidney or heart already? as ive been haveing kidney pains and at times heart pains (although heart ones started before i smoked) btw im 16 and yes i have now quit for good, i am going to see a doctor but i dont know whether they'll ask about smoking or even drinking? does that effect kidneys because if they do ask im sure as hell not bringing my mother..
