...then slow cook it to make it tender.? Or will it be all dry and gross? I don't have an oven right now so I have to be creative when it comes to making good meat that is both tasty and tender. I'm talking about cuts of beef like roast and stuff of that nature.
I've hearf of people cooking a roast on the stovetop but I have no idea how to do that.
