Old handheld electronic journals from the nineties?

So back in the nineties they had these little electronic journals but i do not know what they were called or anything?? They were flat (almost look like women's wallets.) and opened up and had a small screen on them. They had tiny tiny keys on them so you could type whatever you wanted and then save it, like a little journal. They were for teens and kids but i have no idea what they were called and don't know where to get them. My sister and i had a turquoise one when i was little and i would really like to have another one... Does anyone know where to find one and what they were called? Thank you so much.
