Ok i so i bought the 4th gen ipod touch last week saturday so now it have been 1 week 2 days...from bestbuy but now it isnt turning on What can i do please tell me also the physical condition of it is it have a few scratches around the area where you plug in the charger..so Am i going to get a exchange or Will i have to buy a new one..i emphasize the physical aspect of the ipod is flawless i have never dropped it i kept it in a case since day one.
 
Yeah, sorry you're screwed. My 4th gen iPod looks like crap without a sleeve and works fine.

Take it to the closest apple shop and see what they say :)
