On kingdom hearts one where is the rope on the inside of gizmos shop?

on kingdom hearts 1 you are supposed to pull a rope on the inside of the shop so u can use the red trinity on the roof. Where is that rope?
 
ummmm i havent played for a while but if i remember correctly, there are no ropes in the shop. only some panels hidden on the top of the clock...things. But there is a rope BEHIND the red trinity. U might be mistaken. U need to earn the ability to use that red trinity i forget when though
