One of my tropical fish has been attacked by one of the larger fish... What do i do ?

He is just sitting right down the bottom of the tank and some of his tail and back fin are missing... i can tell that the other fish has done this due to the little yellow one has red around the missing fin and tale... which I'm guessing is blood.

Is there anything i can do to help the poor llittleguy or do i just let him die ?
