One of my zebrafinches is egg bound,need help ASAP!?

This is the first time one of my birds became egg bound.What can I do to help her pass the egg?Right now I have her in a cage w/heating pad under it,perches low so she can get on them.What can I give her.Shes not eating.

Please no web sites,unless you think its realy going to help me.
