We all buy grade A eggs. What happens to the eggs that are not grade A. Are they Grade B or what and where do they end up.

Lots of grade B eggs (they're smaller and not quite as cohesive) end up in things like powdered eggs, cake mixes, prepared foods, etc. Other than size, they're just eggs. When I was a kid (I'm 52), you used to be able to buy "pullet" eggs in the grocery store, at least in the south. They were supposed to taste better, although I could never tell much difference :-)

They end up as Egg Beaters or some kind of scrambled egg mix that is used at hotels. You know the kind that is kind of rubbery.
