Opel Vectra C 2003 1.8 Z18XE ECU fault?

I have problem with my Opel Vectra C 2003 1.8 90KW Z18XE ECU.

I visited Opel dealer and they suggest me to replace ECU.
Diagnostics showed two codes:
P0203 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 3
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Car is running bad, engine power is fluctuating. Fuel consumption is far from normal. Does ECU replacement will solve the problem?

Does UK cars ECU’s supports European cars (left handed wheel)?

How does this ECU replacement works if I buy a used part? Should I just replace my old ECU with “new” ECU and things will be done? How can I test if the “new” ECU is running correctly? Or there is necessity to do some more works with replacing ECU?

Will the old ECU’s re-programming solve the faults on it?

Opel dealer told that some re-coding of ECU is required, for security codes, if I am buying used one.

Maybe there are other solutions for this issue?

Thank you in advance!
