I am 150 lbs and I want to go on optifast to lose the last 20-30 lbs.I used to weigh 275 lbs and want to get rid of the last bit. I have had weight loss surgery but still the last bit won't go away. Is optifast a good option to go with my exercise..and optifast 70 or 800
