Orange To T-mobile Network Key?

I Have a phone with an orange sim and i recently saw the offer that when you switch to t-mobile or something you get unlimited texts with £10 top up? Anyway i put the Sim in and it asked for a network key. I am a bit confused about what this is, does anyone else know?

If you insert other Network Sim card in the Phone means it asks for Network Key means it locked to Network .You need to Unlock it...you can get the network unlock code for OLD phones at here Unlocking4free.com and Unlock it...
