Where exactly does it say that a US BORN CITIZEN has to have both US born parents in order to become president? Both your parents have to be US born citizens in order for non-US born person to be Naturalized at birth. So I know you don&#039;t care but the fact that Bobby Jindal was born in Baton Rouge means he&#039;s eligible after age 35 (he&#039;s 39 now).Again.... the &quot;two US born parents&quot; rule only applies if you are born OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It&#039;s not that hard to understand. If you&#039;re born in New York City both your parents would be martians and you&#039;re given US citizenship.</blockquote>
