Our dogs overdosed on GNC Relax for dogs. What can I do?

My brother adopted a dog and as a last try he bought those pills for her separation anxiety. Instead she found the bottle the first day he gave her the pills and we found it chewed up with only 20 pills inside. The dogs seem fine, I got home 5 hours ago and I hadn't realize it because I didn't know where he had left them. But when he came home we found the bottle. What should I do? I'm short on money right now, but if they'll get more than a stomach ache or it's dangerous I'd have to figure something out.

PLEAAAASE HELP!
