Have you checked the radiator? When it is hot, not overheated, place your hand on the cooling fins or the radiator. Be careful not to burn yoursefl, but the radiator should be equally hot across the all the flow tubes. If it is not hot or has cold spots, then the water is not flowing thru properly. You may need at have it cleaned out or replaced. If the Rad is hot all the way accross, then you either have a problem in the block or head. It could be a cracked block or head and the combustion gases are entering into the coolant system. There is a check using a reagent liquid to check for combution gases. I suggest finding someone with this device.

Have you checked your engine thermostat or what thermostat is normal for that car. That sounds like a normal temperature range to me, maybe it just runs a bit warmer in summer. The boiling point of a proper coolant mix with 15 psi radiator cap is about 115°C. Abnormal was years ago when my 69 Ford Torino hot light came on, and when I installed a temperature gauge, found it was 230°F (110°C) due to a plugged radiator.

My new 2008 GMC 2500 truck at work always runs at 210°F (99°C). That is brand new with heavy duty cooling (and perfectly normal).

First of all check the radiator most often it gets chocked and flow of coolent is not good and there would be the cause. second is that timly change the engine oil and oil filter / make sure that the cooling fans switcher is working on auto properly . in this area is your problem for sure get it checked.
