I'm a 15 year old guy and I'm on day 8 of p90x. The hardest part of exercising for me is eating healthy. I don't have the right food or the patience to make any of the food in the nutrition guide. Can someone please give me an idea/example of a meal plan for me? That includes, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner? With basic foods. I don't really like vegetables or fruit. I'll give best answer. Thanks!
