Packard Bell iXtreme Recovery CD?

Hello. My Packard Bell iXtreme M5120 is getting really slow. I decided to install the OS over again with the installation CD or a recovery CD. But I can't seem to find any of the CD's :)

Is it anywhere I can buy such a CD?

I'm having a Packard Bell iXtreme version with Windows Vista OS.

I would really much appreaciate it, thanks =)=)
