Packard Bell Master CD Creator Problem?!?!?

Hi all!
I have a Packard Bell MV35-202 laptop and I've been trying for ages to find a way to create a recovery disk. I know that Setup My PC is meant to do this but it says that the utility is not installed on my laptop. Is there any site that I can download the program for this or get the recovery software from?

hi i need a set of recovery discs for the packardbell easy note mv35-202 one was made when we first got lap top but has been lost and my laptop come up with following error and cant do any thing with it 0x0000008e(0xc0000005,ox8062d39f,0xf201bbb8,0x00000000) can any one help

try pressing F11 on boot up there maybe a hidden partition that will allow you to reset the laptop
unfortunately if your hard drive dies you are stuck
