Painful sex... Please help?

I had an episiotomy when I had my daughter on July 2006. Every since then it is very painful when my husband and I are intimate. Always in the same spot. Awful stabbing sharp pain. All I can associate it with is my episiotomy. The only advice people have given me is to make sure I am well lubricated. Doesn't matter how lubricated it is. It always hurts. This makes it so sex is not enjoyable for my husband or myself. Has any other mom had this issue, what do you do?
