PC won't recognize Sony Ericsson C902i?

I have a SE C902 Phone, which won't enter into flash mode, or even appear on the laptop of mine. Drivers can't be installed, and the phone appears as an unknown USB device. I tried on my desktop and the same thing happens. The cable is a DCU-65. It operates, since I used it to connect my C702 as well, and everything ran smoothly. I also tried to manually install the drivers, master reset the phone, but no luck.
My laptop has Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and my desktop Windows XP SP2 32 bit.
