Penalty for not paying tmobile flex pay bill?

I want to get out of my tmobile phone services and I believe I have a 2 year contract with flex pay. So my question is since it's flex pay if I just don't pay my bill until the contract ends what happens? Or is there a way for me to get out of the contract.

If you don't pay, you may face a court hearing and the possibilities of bailiffs coming to your house. I know that you can normally buy your way out of the contract, but Tmobile have no obligation to allow this- I assume you fully read the terms of the contract before you signed it?? You should know if you can do this if you did read them, otherwise you can just go into your local T-Mobile store and ask an assistant.
