People that complain about ethnic/racial injustice yet perpetuate the stereotypes?

All I'll say is that I'm not Caucasian and have many friends of different ethnic backgrounds. Lifetime experience and stories of friends certainly make me disappointed that discrimination exists in today's modern and smarter society. But what frustrates me at the same time are people that perpetuate the stereotypes and/or give more fuel to this fire. I find it very embarrassing and illogical. Some probably had experiences with this. My friends have and of my own ethnic group, so have I. E.g. people resorting to breaking laws, theft, ripping people off and just being downright rude for their selfish benefits. Then they turn around to complain about ethnic injustice and use it as a platform to excuse their behavior? Totally not right, how is this issue supposed to improve when people continue to do that? What are your experiences and opinions?
I find it better to discuss the issue and what may be at the heart of it. If everyone sat around and let unjust acts take place, the world would be a lot less productive.

I don't like people like that. Thankfully, I'm not around them.
