Pets and how to get along?

We have five pets. All have their own distinct personality Three dogs and two cats. Barney is an old white guy. Very Republican, Shanon is a Liberal. Archie is confused,. Maggie, the cat is a Democrat. The newest member of our family is Happy and he's black. He's from GI and I never thought I'd adopt a black child. Should we have a summit or something?
