Phone call at 1am, really worried?

So the phone rings at 1am, my dad goes to get it but it stops before he gets there, and then he goes back to bed. I feel proper worried about it, but I leave it until 4am when I get up to get a drink and while I'm up I check to see who rang, and I realise that its my sister's boyfriends number. Its 5am now and I can't sleep, as I'm afraid of what I may wake up too. Should I be worrying so much? Im so worried.
