Photoshop CS4 Camera Raw Plug-in?

For me to be able to open RAW files from my Nikon D90 camera I had to download the Camera Raw Plug-in for Photoshop CS4 (on Windows XP), and this worked a treat - But now every time I open a file (jpeg, gif, tiff or png) in Photoshop I keep getting the RAW plug-in screen popping up. I've gone through the settings and un-ticked the option that told it to open with jpegs and tiffs, but this didn't change a thing.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
