The Joe Paterno statue has caused a lot of commotion lately. Many thought the statue had to go after it came to light how much of a coward he really was and how many lives he helped ruin. While there were some that thought Joe Paterno’s statue should stay, ultimately it was decided that the statue needed to be moved.
Originally built in 2001, back when we all thought Paterno was a man of integrity, the Joe Paterno statue is now in hiding. Eventually it will probably resurface … but for now, the school decided to move it away from the stadium.
