"Pilipinas, Kay Ganda!" Is it rude to laugh after reading this FAIL slogan?

I really don't know what's up with "kay ganda!". I already find it funny when the show Umagang Kay Ganda greet everyone like "Umagang kay ganda sa 'yo, Pinky." It's so awkward. It translate to "Morning, it is so beautiful to you, Pinky." isn't it? :/

Anyway... I think Philippines- the country IS beautiful what's not is the attitude of the people and how we are living. You have two Wowowee posts, you must be a fan.
