My desktop is made by acer
and I have an Hp on windows home premium.
Its been glitching lately and idk the problem.
First problem: my connection started to mess up and my whole computer just turns gray so i have to restart and get back on. Then 10 minutes later the same exact thing happens so i call it a night. The next day i try turning it on and the options windows repair or start normally. I try both and they both fail. Once my entire screen even turned blue. My computer when i turn it on will work 2/7 times lol. A few minutes ago my computer would turn on and the desktop wouldnt do anything! It works now because i unplugged the power and put it back in. As you can see im having all sorts of problems. Boot problems mainly. My internet connection is beautiful btw. When i try to do a windows update it ssays an error occured and doesnt let me use it.
The only reason im able to boot is because of safe mode.
Please help i know its a lot.
If you know of something wrong OR you can show me how to just restore my compute rof everything thatd be amazing. When is ay restore i mean i dont want a new windows like i mean delete all my files and programs lol all i really need is a working computer with itunes, google chrome, and word.
