please help cylinder misfires on my 07 vw touareg!?

i bought an 07 volkswagen v6 touareg and recently my car has reported misfires on cylinder 1-3, the engine light is on and whenever this happens the engine shakes so badly at idle that it causes vibrations that can be felt in the steering wheel and throughout the vehicle. i took it to the dealership and they saw nothing they fixed the engine check light and the smae thing happens again, i've taken it more than 6 times and they've put a new spark plug a new fuel injector new gas tank and the problem still occurs i recently sued volkswagen because they dont want the car back, and i need help to know what i do if they dont take it back please help!
