...like me? How many servings is 8 ounces for a 2400 calorie diet (grains)?
How many servings is 3 cups for a 2400 calorie diet (veggies)?
How many servings is 2 cups for a 2400 calorie diet (fruits)?
How many servings is 3 cups for a 2400 calorie diet (dairy)?
How many servings is 6.5 ounces for a 2400 calorie diet (meat n beans)?
 
to impossible to figure out

6,5 oz of chicken is way less calories than 6.5 oz of London broil

you need to calculate each food item you plan to eat (in calories ) to figure out how many oz you can have
