Please help me? I've tried just about EVERYTHING for my allergies!?

I've tried just about EVERYTHING for my runny/stuffy nose with my allergies. They just got me up at 3:30am and I can't fall back asleep because both nostrils are completely plugged. Is there something I can do? I've tried nasal spray to the neti pot, NOTHING works. Please, I'm so tired.
