The actual price for
nokia 5130 = 118 $
Sony Ericsson W302 = 123 $ (With Portable Speaker MPS-30 included for free)

Memory
nokia 5130 support up to 2 GB not 16 GB as it mentioned in GSMARENA.COM
But Sony Ericsson W302 support up to 4 GB
And finally Both of them are designed for Music
 
I Think you should get the nokia 5130. i was going to get the sony ericsson .. but after i looked throught it .. it just didn't seem interesting anymore...plus the nokia 5130 comes in black with red trim or blue trim .. so you can personalize it.
