please help me with my samsung champ GT-C3303K?

I just bought a Samsung Champ GT-C3303K. I downloaded a video via PC, and i transfer the video to my phone, but my phone wont play the video, when i try to open the video it was "Not Supported Content". i have try with many video format like .mp4, .3gp, and many other, but it still doesn't work. can someone help me please????
 
You need to convert yout video woth "Samsung Kies" software which has a video format which support samsung champ.
 
first put your mp4 or 3gp video on phone memory.then move it to memory card...it will play the video...don't direct put your videos on memory card...thanks
