I love my hamster very much and I'm really worried about her! I went on vacation for 10 days, and my friend took care of her while I was gone.
I got my hamster back today, and when I came to get her she was sleeping in her igloo so I couldn't see her. But when I got home I took her out of the cage and I noticed a hole in her ear, it's not tiny, it's like a rip down her ear, like it got caught on something, it's just like a whole the size of the tip of a pen and then a rip down from it and it goes to almost the end of the ear. I saw it and was VERY concerned, I looked at it, and it looked like it would be really painful. Then when she was sitting in my hand I felt something on her stomach, I looked closely at it, and I could feel a small bump on her stomach. When I felt it I had tears in my eyes, because I thought of what could have happened, I don't think she was treated properly. I mean I have owned another Syrian hamster for 5 year before I had her and this had never happened. And I have owned this one for just over a year and it never happened before.
What could these be? The tiny lump on the stomach, and the hole in the ear? Do you think the ear can heal itself? And the thing on the stomach looks too small to be a tumor, or even a cyst, it looks like it could be an abscess, but I'm really not sure.
Should she see the vet about it?
And what do you think could have happened??
Also she is acting fine, she ran up and down my arm, ran in her wheel, and now she is just drinking water, and she is just as active as usual.
Any ideas?

I called her and asked her if anything had happened, and I explained to her about the ear and the stomach, and she said she didn't notice it, and that nothing happened... but like it happened right when I took her out of the cage from coming from her house so..
