I want a T-Mobile cell phone that has Wifi on it. I want to use internet and IM using wifi. I want to connect to internet using my own internet connection with the Wifi, and not pay a data plan or extra fees.
Simply, A phone that has Wifi and does not charge for getting online using public wireless connection
