Well, Im 16 years old and i want to start a Martial art. Im about 6ft and my uperbody is not in bad condition, but im overweight. i weigh 215 pounds, but i look like 180-200. Can anyone give me advise to condition for the class? like what to do and how many times i need to do it. and how many time i need to go to gym in a week. This would be a great help. thank you for your time!
BTW i have knee problems.. so not to much pressure on the knees.
