My Grandfather was a mechanic his entire life and owns a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. Lately the bell has started chiming and he can't figure out the problem. It chimes 4 times when you put the key in, 4 times when you start it and then when you start driving it chimes for about 3 minutes before finally stopping. Any idea what could be causing this?
