POLL:Should Arsonists be charged with attempted/Mass Murder?

In the light of the bushfire's here in Victoria, to which 1 fire came to within a Kilometre from my house, & have wiped out whole communities/families.
Should these (for want of a better word) 'people' be charged with attempted/ mass murder. Over 108 dead so far & 750 homes lost , with the amount set to rise considerably.
 
i would think so, but I know nothing about australian law. My prayers are with you and yours.
 
They should be charged with EVERYTHING in legal system, and with 1000 volts current...."Throw the book at them!!!".
